Brake rotors and pads
I'm looking to change my front brake pads and rotors. I have a 2011 BMW 328i Xdrive and looked at Rockauto but can't find rotors for 2011 328i xDrive. Just wondering where else I can front brake pads and rotors to install myself.
Also is the 328i and xDrive front rotors the same diameter? |

I'm pretty sure the front rotors are the same for both RWD and xDrive.
AutoPartsWay has front rotors and pads for good prices. |

bought the front rotors, pads, sensor for $200 USD shipped.
I was installing them today and when I took them off it looks like I still have a lot of pad left on these. Not sure why my service indicator went up. It actually says my rears need to be done in 1300km which is odd because the rears were replaced under CPO when I bought the car Jan. 2015. I didn't get a chance to check the inner pad but I'm pretty sure they can be done after a 25k kms or 1.5 years. So I put it back together and grease the guide pins since they were dried out. They didn't want to come out of the boot because it was dried inside the boot so I had to use a screw driver and carefully push it out without slipping on the threads. |
