menzerna power lock
Hi guys I'm looking for some old stock maybe someone has some laying around. Ill pay for some unused portions.. I fell in love with this stuff years ago and they have since changed it a bit, I suspect the previous stuff was better and I'm fixing to find out.
I know for sure the earlier stuff was easier for me to use. Anyway if anyone has a line on this stuff please let me know. thanks. |

have anyone compared Power Lock vs Wolfgang WG-5500 Deep Gloss Paint Sealant?
Im currently using Power Lock and willing to switch to Wolfgang sealant because ive read somewhere, Wolfgang sealant has a more brilliant shine vs Power lock. I wonder what others who has experience in using both products think of the comparison. |

Looks are very subjective... I promise that the majority of the shine comes from how well the car is cleaned and polished, and not what type of wax, sealant or coating is used on it
A perfectly polished car with some turtle wax will look better than a swirled up car with a show car wax on it. Long story short, I doubt you will see a dramatic visual difference between the two products. -Zach |

I love menzerna products , for no other fact than its easy fo me to get results I need and expect. I've been running little experiments in my driveway since I bought my first nice car..
Mothers vs. poor boy vs. chemical brothers etc... Im currently applied power lock to the back half of my d2 s8 and klasse sealant to the front half , why? I don't even know... Just things I do... That being said I never thought power lock had the best shine , I usually would top with some dodo juice or other carnuba shiny stuff.. Power lock beads like crazy and it last quiet awhile for me, and the old formula was super easy "for me" to apply . I feel the looser / thinner chemicals are easier to get a thin coat with. I just would like to see if it lasted as long or beaded any different.. |

I might do the same and use both Power Lock and Wolfgang splitting the hood in two, just to compare both products. ps which dodo juice do you use? Quote:

What problems have you had with the new powerlock? Tough removal? I have it and have really liked it, much easier to work with than klasse SG, which is what I previously used.
I did just try out Sonax polymer net shield though and really like it. I think I'm gonna switch to that over the powerlock from now on.

This is the first I've heard about someone not liking the current Power Lock product
