Which production dates came with CIP 20?

I asked in another thread but it got lost, so... I'm just wondering if I should take it in for an update. Mine's a Nov. production date, does it already have the latest update? I believe the new one fixes issues with auto lights not going off.

I believe CIP 20 didn't come out until Dec 05.

I could be wrong, but I believe it's december production cars.
