Could use a little help 2A13 & 30ff codes

Good morning all, I could use a little bit of help on this recent issue with my wife's car. She came home the other day and said a reduced engine power warning came up on the display, the only codes that I was able to pull were 2A13 & 30ff. I reset everything and it didn't happen for another 2 days so I went and reset it again and then took if for a drive. After a few tests I am coming up this, it only throws these codes when you go to accelerate hard and it is always the same two codes. My question is, are these two codes related? I am assuming boost leak but would the evap system be the culprit?

2A13 = DMTL diagnosis module tank leakage, leakage diagnosis pump, input signal.

30FF = turbocharger charge air pressure too low.

The 2A13 is likely result of the DMTL module failing. Had the same problem/code and I went through changing various hoses as per other threads as it was the cheapest option, none of them worked so I decided to just go for the module and fixed it.

The part isn't terribly expensive but the repair is as simple as removing the wheel liner and then unplugging the DMTL and replacing it with the new one.

Part number for Leak Diagnosis Pump: 16-13-7-193-479.

I was going to do the pump but I guess what my real question is. When the car comes out of sleep mode I can hear the pump start and run so it seems like it's working. Could one of the connections have come loose or a one way valve gone bad that could also be bringing up the 30ff code? both of these codes came up at the same time, it's almost like one is effecting the other.
