Monitor your engine behavior using a configurable gauges layout to keep an eye on any of the 50+ engine monitors like oil temp, boost pressure, actual load or individual cylinder ignition timing. Activate the logging mode to save up to 50 monitors to a standard CSV file for later analysis. Track issues by reading the error codes, and delete them once resolved.

FAQ

Q: Can I test the connection before making a purchase?
A: Yes, simply tap the MHD Store button. The ECU connection is checked before displaying available purchases.

Q: Does my Android device need to be permanently plugged to the OBD port?
A: No. Once a flash is performed you can unplug your device.

Q: Do I lose my licenses if I delete the app or the Android device breaks?
A: No. licenses are stored online by Google, you can use your purchases on another device as long as you use the same account on Play store.

Q: Do I need to purchase a new license each time I flash a map?
A: No, you can ref lash as many times as needed.

Q: Is a battery charger required?
A: It is highly recommended for long flashes (install, uninstall). A healthy battery will handle short flashes (map changes) fine but the use of a battery charger remains recommended.

So are we able to customize our own flash based off of the stage 1 or 2 when available? Or the intent is the OTS tune is to be customized.

I have an MEVD172 ECU so no bench flash makes me happy.

Couple questions:

1. I have the PPK flash. Does MHD flasher first back up whatever map the car starts with so you can go back to it?

2. Any timeline on when Stage 2 maps will be available?

The OTS Maps won't be customizable in the fashion in which you are asking. They will be locked.

Within the app there is an option to "generate bin". Which will generate a current stock bin that would be your stock DME file for self tuning.

No backup on n55. MHD N55 does not overwrite the UIF so the same map (normal or ppk) will be restored if you uninstall MHD.

At present, I have the Dinan Stage II software installed in my car. Do I need to have that remov d or can this be used as my "stock" and then I could install MHD?

What kind of bump in boost does stage 1 give for an otherwise stock 93 pump gas car? Trying to figure out if I can try it before the charge pipe gets here....

Just to clarify, I have the 3.5bar n20 sensor installed. The guide says to check the option if you have it installed, but not to check it if you have jb4 installed. I have the n20 sensor and the jb4 so I don't check the option? Just wondering if this still applies to N55.

If you have a jb4 installed. The OTS Maps are NOT meant for your user base. You need a BEF to work with JB4. And you should seek info for that on BMS site for the BEF.

Stage 2 maps will be available in a week or so. You guys should really ready the first post. Currently while the Stage 2 maps are not ready. Your license will be for the stage 2 and include the available stage 1 Maps until the stage 2 are available and then you can run the stage 2 maps.

Do I have to completely remove the jb4 from the car to run mhd or can I just turn the jb4 off?
