What happened to e92-lighting.com???
So I placed an order from e92-lighting.com on Dec. 31st. I waited 10 days and the package was still not shipped. I PM'd them and said it will ship out soon. The label was created on 1/13 and till this day, it is still not updated. I've been trying to call them with the phone number provided on their website several times all day today with no answer. I tried to just pm them again but it says that user is no longer accepting PM's. I tried to look up the previous posts and every thread they started is no longer up. Anybody know what happened? Did they go out of business? I hope I get my package...

They sent me a cheaper version of what I paid for one time.. hoping I wouldn't check the part number.
They did give me a full refund.. but that's the day I stopped shopping at e92-lighting.com Just my experience. |

Their website is still up - by the fact that he posted in every one of his threads to close the thread it appears they are no longer a forum sponsor
But there are never any notifications on this forum, so it's anyone's guess...

I ordered from them and I didn't hear anything for a week. I pmed him and he told me 2 days. Then told me that what I ordered is on back order so he gave me the next step up for Angel eyes. It took a while to get the tracking number and for about a week it stated number didn't exist. I sent a email and the next day they were shipped overnight. I'm not sure what happened to him but I did receive my package and lights today. It took a kinda nasty email but I did get my package.

E92Lighting has quite possibly the worst customer service. Plenty of negative reviews on them, research before investing. My suggestion would be to take your business elsewhere.

Had somewhat similar experience with them recently. They moved a shipping date, I couldn't get a tracking number in time. I finally was able to chat with them on their website and they told me they had 2 orders for only 1 available in stock, so I was lucky to get that last LED from them. It appears they are understocked on some of items they are selling and it takes them some time to ship. However once they ship it was delivered via priority mail, fast delivery. Product was top notch. I'm liking my LED AEs a lot more than stock.
It seems they are good company, but have some issues with logistics and stocking their own products |

I will be installing mine tonight and will see ilhow everything goes. The none response from the emails is what posses me off till I was ready to cancel then it's overnighted but besides that I was fine with them

Wow, thanks for sharing all the stories. That's crazy. You would think a company would try to better themselves after all of these incidences.
I found out the company's paypal account that they have uses the address "taiwanfolife@gmail.com" If I had known this prior to my purchase, I would probably not have purchased from them. I'm not trying to be racist but that email just does not sound professional at all. So I sent them a nasty email last week with no response. Then I created a paypal claim (thankfully I used paypal) and they pretty much put a fire under his ass. He shipped it out right away and I received it today. I'm so glad I used paypal. Also, it turns out the cornering lights came straight from e92-lighting.com but the d1s bulbs I ordered came from another company but got shipped to me. I feel like it would be much better for e92-lighting to just say they are out of stock and I have to wait like a week or 2 rather than saying they will ship it out asap without any updates. I'm never shopping from e92-lighting.com ever again. Now I just hope all these bulbs I purchased works...
