Only place to buy the whole quarter panel is from BMW or maybe an aftermarket original body part supplier in your area. Contact local bodyshops, they should be able to get you the entire rear quarter panel assembly.

I didn't think they made the part to replace, unless it was custom. I had mine done by adding metal. Wasn't cheap either. But cheaper than buying entire quarter and having it installed.
