Are you getting an e-tune, or getting it done directly by Ken? I've been holding off from upgrading, as I don't know of any tuners in the area

E-tune will suffice. I can interpret logs myself so I don’t think it's necessary to get this car tuned by Ken Directly.

Maybe in the near future, I will drive down south to say Hello – and dyno tune.

I'm about halfway through installing mine. I'm curious how your install is going and if you ran into any snags like I did.

I forgot to use washers on the oil feed line and bottomed the bolt off, which snapped the welds that held that mount on. My own fault. Welded it back up and hoping for the best.

Test fitted the turbos and the oil drain lines don't reach the pan. Mauricio said a few sets got shipped out with bad clocking jobs. I'll have to reclock them and adjust the wastegates accordingly.

While I test fitted them, I had the rear turbo inlet elbow on. As you can see by the picture below, it's a super tight fit. Did you use full silicone inlets? Or these aluminum ones? Because I don't think it's going to be easy to shove a pipe in there. And if I do, I'm worried that it's going to wear through.

Other than this, it's been going fairly smooth.

is a common mistake. Just go to Home Depot and pick up a few of their M6 Class 10 Zin plated washers. They are about $ 1.50

I am also using Hot Side Solid Inlets. should be fun. but all it takes is some patience. use WD40 on the coupler to make it easier for you. The cool thing about using WD40 is that it dries out after a few minutes

Sweet! About how long did it take you? A few questions...

Did you mount the upper coolant lines to the block before installing the turbos? Or did you secure all the lines to the turbos first, then mount them?

Did you mount the rear turbo with the inlet elbow on?

it took me about 12 hours..4 hour days. . however I have done more turbo installs than I can count.

I mounted the rear turbo coupler before I started torquing the exhaust manifold bolt... it's easier on after market turbos because the turbo housings have a longer lip to clamp on.

it's all easy when you have developed a system.

no problems whatsoever. kit is amazing. I did debur edges and a nut up and down the studs a few times just for security... but the install was smooth sailing.

one question. does the solenoid have a positive and negative or is it a solenoid where it doesn't matter which one is positive or negative?

Good deal. No the solenoid is non polarized. So it doesn't matter which is POS and NEG.
