This morning I started up my car and as I put in reverse to go out my drive way the whole car was shaking and as I moved to drive the shaking continued and was making a rough noise as I was driving down my street, a few seconds in engine light came on !
has anyone had this or no what it might be ? any help would be so appreciated Thank you |

Probably an Cylinder Misfire. You'll have to get the code that activated the Check engine light to make sure.

Initial guess
When I had this happen, it ended up being a coil that went bad and had to be replaced. To diagnose it I had to check the misfire location, and then I swapped coils to see if it moved, and then bought the replacement.
It could be a plug, but my experience tends to be that plug diminish but never fail so completely like a coil. |
