MSD80 MOSFET issue

I removed the DME today, i carried out the continuity test by multimeter. I found MOSFETS 2 &3 has issue which correlates to my misfire of Cyl2 & 3. However, i also carried out test for other MOSFETs, which i am not sure which they relate to, I found that 2 small MOSFETS also had issue, it should be the two small MOSFETS at Power Drive section on the circuit board. I test it , the Left middle and right leg has reading on multimeter.

Anyone know will these 2 small MOSFET also affecting some function on my car??
Will n54dmerepair could help to replace them as well other than the 6 Injector Drive.

If you suspect the MOSFET is bad, just read the numbers off it and buy replacements. MOSFETs are dirt cheap.
I strongly suggest you replace all the injector and coil mosfets, and perhaps the others you suspect of being bad. Mouser or digikey almost certainly stocks all of them.
Have a local electronics repair shop replace them for you. That site you posted is WAYY overpriced. I helped a local girl with a MOSFET failure, she got 6 mosfets for like $16 and paid $70 to have an electronics shop solder them on, car fixed for $86.
Phone repair shops are great for stuff like that, they do hot air reflow work all the time. Google reviews will help you find a good one.
