Convertible - Series 1 vs Series 3
Hi there. I have some sort of dilemma between to models, E88 or E93. Until two weeks ago it was only E93 and I got one, but had problem with roof, water was leaking inside and I arrange to return it. Now E88 is in game as well, first because roof is one single peace although soft, second - because car that I found is in much better condition, 32k miles, 2009 - literally like new. Second E93 that I'm considering is 2008, 100k miles, in good condition, inside you can see some minor sings of usage. But question here is generally for your opinion between two models? E88 is also a bit cheaper, and both are coming with 2.0 diesel engine - N47. Thanks for any help.

I've had e46 sedan and 2 e88's. the e88 is in my blood, the numbers of compare looks like a no brainier to me. Hope you love it
unless the e93 had the S65 under the hood I'd pass, not having d options in the States I'm blind. e93 looks better to my eye but not as fun. The main e88 selling point is the trunk space when top is down can hold 2 travel bags and 2 sets of golf clubs safe and secure. e93 can hold a case of chop sticks evenly distributed ![]() |
