Halogen lights are slanted?
I have a 2011 328i LCI with Halogen lights.
The first thing I noticed when I bought the car is 1) the headlights appear slanted when shining up against a wall and 2) the driver side doesn't throw light nearly as far out as the passenger side and it makes it very hard to see at night. I am thinking of putting in LED bulbs to help with the output, but I was wondering why the halogen appear slanted. Is that normal? Also, what to do about the driver side light not shining out far enough? ![]() |

1. My 2010(pre LCI) halogens are straight.
2. That's normal and done so to not blind on coming traffic...but, you might have a different problem if it's difficult to see at night. Putting in LEDs won't help your dispersion problem. Are you sure their OEM headlights? |
