Active Autowerke Diaphragm Removal Help

What's up guys so I wanted a little help on removing the diaphragm. I wasn't able to find and diy's but I know it should be straight and forward I hope.

I got the top of the bov off that consists of removing the 4 Allen screws on the corner and then just simply taking out the spring inside. I'm now stuck on how to remove the rubber diaphragm from the valve. I try to remove the nut on top and it just spins even while I hold it the whole mechanism just spins. Would appreciate some help thanks in advance.
