Not sure if I should post this here, or in OT, but I'll take my chances here.

Anyone know of any *good places for a Sat night party? It'd be nice to find a place that actually has a "dress code", as well as staying away from the jacked up guido types (and B&T) people too.

Ha, yeah, seems like I'm asking for a lot.. I know. The city has been going downhill lately with really shitty crowds, and I'm running out of ideas. I'd be with like 15+ people, guys & girls, so it's not like a rolling sword fight either.

-14th Street is turning into shit FAST
-Midtown has sucked forever (all tourists, and the bars/clubs are full the the type of people that now overpopulate 42nd St...)
-Meatpacking Dist is better during the week, but rough unless you want to buy your way in... )
-fuck chelsea... B&T shit.
-LES isn't terrible... but it's not great.. and usually packed.
