2013 - 328XI rear suspension question
Hello fellow BMW enthusiast,
I am kind of debating myself to change the entire rear suspension or just a plastic casing cover the shocks.. I am the first owner of this car and it has 140K clicks on it and i have attached photos to get idea. I see a bit of steering wheel pulling on the right side. I took it to the BMW dealer and did a 59 point check or soemthing they do it for 69$, the mentione there is something worning out in my steering wheel lower end colum and they never notice or mentioned about my rear shocks issue. I am not fully satisfied with the dealer report ... Is anyone come across this or any idea of what is wrong with my shocks.... Please advice. Thanks you very much for your help! |

I'm pretty sure I saw these photos in another thread two days ago. Not sure if this is a troll thread or not.
If you are serious, you need full new rear shocks, possibly other components in the suspension assembly. Those shocks are literally cracked open from pressure bending. They probably don't even have any hydraulic fluid inside. Get it towed to a dealership or a good independent BMW mechanic as soon as possible. Good luck.
