Yup, looks normal to me. I wouldn't do any flushing. Flushing can loosen built up deposits and put them where you don't want them, like small oil passages or the oil pickup screen. Just keep doing routine oil changes with good quality oil and filters, I recommend MANN HU816X filters as they make the OEM BMW filters and seem to fit the best.
