Tires keep blading on inside of tire and go flat randomly

Could it be my control arms or could it be that I just need an alignment? I don't have any wheel shake at any speed and All 4 of my tires do this, but they look straight. Only the driver rear tire and passenger rear tire does this the most. I don't have any turning issues or my shocks don't feel shot. 120k miles on chassis. How to fix?
