Coilovers from SupremePowers and Installled by Matt (Itsbrokeagain)

I had the pleasure of buying a set from SupremePowers dealing with Eric and Craig...They were a pleasure to deal with, the transaction from payment to delivery was incredible...I live on the East Coast (tri-state) area and thought about getting coilovers for a while but contemplated because of all the shit roads out here...Well I finally grab my balls and ordered them...I had a local installer Matt ( Itsbrokeagain ) to do the install for me because I know he is quite qualified to do the install since he has done so many and his price is unbeatable.. The install went very smooth and Matt came to my location and did the install without a hitch...It still needs to settle and on Monday he will meet me to re-adjust the height and if anything the ride quality. We set the shock adjustment to 50% because I didn't want too harsh a ride or to soft so we decided at the middle point and I love it....After taking the car out today, I have to admit that these coilovers are the shit, they are FAR better than the OEM sport suspension that I had in my car running on RUNFLATS...NOW the ride is smooth as silk and hitting the bumps and little imperfections in the road is so different compared to my shitty OEM sports suspension that I had...It absorbs and dampens the car more effectively making it steady, even though the car is lowered, it made the ride and comfort 100x better...For the handling of the car, its incredible and now the car handles like I am driving around in a GO-Kart...Turns are so much more responsive and tight like on rails...Highway speeds my car before felt loose and bouncy when going over 80 mph, but now its no longer bouncy and going over 80 the car still handled perfect....THe FK Silverline X coilovers that I purchased from SupremePower are perfect and I am glad I went with this brand.....I will post some pics after Monday when Matt (Itsbrokeagain) re-adjusts the suspension for me and tweaks it....I have to admit anyone in the Tri-state area who wants coilovers or springs to be installed, HE is your man!!!

So with the FK silverline X you have the ability to adjust both damper and height? did you get alignment done right after install or are you waiting for them to settle first?

haha. I read that an alignment should be done after about a week of installing coilovers (or any suspension modification). So yeah, it might be a good idea. Double check if there is any uneven wear on the tires. But consult with an expert. Better safe than sorry.

what's the down side of not waiting for the coils to settle and having it aligned right after install?

Congrat Steven!!! I guess you're almost done modding your car, huh?

And you should definitely get an alignment done. Ask Matt for the specs to have the dealership align it for you.

Can't wait to see pics!!!

Yeah almost done....last thing would be the DPs but I can say that it will be in year from now...waiting for CPE DPs to come out...I have credit with them for 200 hundred! I am waiting till Monday to lower the fronts alittle, then I will do an alignment...SO far I am happy with the shock adjustments...Took the car up to 110 today on the Belt and was scared shit how it handles now, but more scared to be caught by highway 2!!! Damn these FK coilovers are no joke, handles way way better than OEM sport...I was really surprised even how nice it take bumps on the road but impressed with cornering...Got off exit 6 in the Belt doing 55 and it handled like a go-kart, before i felt like I would lose the handle doing 30 mph! I am not going for a really aggressive drop, because these coils seem like they can slam the car, but what I want is a decent drop from OEM specs not extreme like some of these SOcal boys!!...The fronts will not be as aggressive as most have, so the pics probably won't do alot of justice to show off the new stance!!!

Yes it adjust both the ones that i have FK Silverline X plus system, alignment will happen after final tweaking...Hit Craig up at Supreme, they offer the best service and pricing...IMO better quality than KW and thats coming from the installer himself who has been around the block with suspension systems!!!

I need to pick up some shocks/struts from you guys for my E36, since someone was generous enough to donate me their BRAND NEW springs.
