Oxygen sensor alternatives

Hi All,

I've just installed a catless downpipe, but I haven't been able to get the old O2 sensor out of the cat - the thread is seized. I figured I'd just buy a new sensor, by it work out to be about AU$300 + 8 days shipping from FCP Euro, and there are no local alternatives.

Is anyone aware of similar sensors that I could use by replacing the plug and lead?

I don't know what your pricing is in Australia but that looks like the price for original BMW O2 sensor. Bosch is the OE manufacturer for BMW for these and is half the price. NTK is also a good brand but I would recommend the Bosch

That's the Bosch sensor from FCP Euro + shipping from the US.
