BMW 325i Intake Manifold Swap

I currently have a BMW 325i N53 engine but I want to use the 330i intake manifold on my 325i, but I cannot find anywhere to do the work. I am based in the UK but cannot find any garages that are able to do so. I tried JF Automotive and they will only tune the car. They said they may be able to fit it, they would not be able to the coding for the DISA valves. Anyone had a garage in the UK do this? Preferably in Kent, England but any garage that I can find is ideal. I'm relatively new to the car community and would like to start here before getting my car tuned to stage 1 otherwise when I have this work done I would need to get it tuned again.

The reason I want a garage to do it is because I do not have the time or skills to do so yet. Has anyone else had this work done at a shop in Kent?

You do realize you can get about +35hp with software tune only and only about +10hp extra with the manifold, right? Maybe consider only the software? It's also a lot cheaper.

(I did the tune only and did a dyno, I think I added 38hp even).

Why shouldn't I do both? So getting the manifold and then tuning it? If I tune it now and do the manifold later, I would need to get it re-tuned.

Because the tune is about 200 and the manifold is like 600? So the ratio is way off and the manifold is not really worth it for that small increase.

I have the funds to do both though which is why I am attempting to get both done. One after the other but I cannot find anywhere that will do such a thing.

Okay then. I know 1 place that does both (at the same time):

https://www.mosselmanturbo.com/

But you're gonna have to take a boat, or train.

Edit: no you don't: he also has 2 dealers in the UK!

Sorry I was caught up with something, is it on the same link? If not what is the link for the dealer in the UK? Thank you.

Ah I found it, So I can contact some of those dealers and they may be able to do the intake manifold conversion? I'll provide an update tomorrow when I can contact them. Thank you for the help!

Yes I know this may sound cringe, but I want to do some decent power gains for this car. Whilst I do not have the budget for anything extreme, is there anything else you could suggest that I do? I guess a decat exhaust maybe?

Edit: Yes it is NA so there isn't too much I can do but just some general ideas would be great as I already have the conversion + tune on my list.

You can't just contact the dealer. You'll have to order the tune package on the site including the manifold, then you get that delivered at one of those dealers.

Edit: is what I thought. Maybe the dealers have the manifolds laying around, but how scarce they are, I don't think so.

This package adds 54bhp and 50nm. That's about 25% over stock. How about you start with that... THEN if it's not enough (which would be odd) look around some more.

You do realize this intake + tune will cost you about €2000 though right? Have you checked the mosselman site at all yet?

BTW if you already know now that 272hp and 320Nm will not be enough for you it's probably best to just sell the car and save up for a 335i or M3. Good night!

Source a second hand intake from a breakers, get a BMW indy to fit and drive the car to Map-tech UK. Sorted 👍

I decided I will keep it stock for now as I ran into some external issues, however I will do as a previous post did and fit a second hand intake and send it to Map-tech to get it coded in. I will be getting a custom exhaust for the car at some point soon too. Sorry about bumping but thought it was necessary.
