Steering Wheel Noise

Hi, I posted this in the UK regional forum but I don't think that one is as popular so I am posting in the General section as well.

I was wondering if anyone experienced this type of steering creak. It is like a moan when I turn the wheel and seems to come from behind the wheel. Is it the steering column?
Also, it seems to be less pronounced when it's cold or the car is cold.

Link doesn't work, but I'm going to guess that it's the rubber grommet around the steering column where it passes through the firewall. A bit of silicone spray should sort it out.

Sorry, I am not too savvy with youtube. I reuploaded it now.
It is not coming from the grommet, I sprayed that and no joy. It seem to come from right behind the wheel.
