OHC performance steering wheel E90

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with my OHC steering wheel with LED.

Before I begin I know everyone say that OHC sucks and what not but it was a gift and here I am now.

My car chirps the horn every time I start the car and if I unplug the obd2 connector the be start whining pretty loud and I got an splitter besides the one that came with the steering wheel and I am unable to connect my MHD to it.

My wiring:

- red cable to the 12v horn
- blue cable to connected where the horn wire goes to.
- Black cable to the horn ground point in the steering wheel
- obd2 connected to port and boost cable to pin 2 behind the clock spring.

Any help would be greatly appreciate it

Thank you

Very Bad OHC Motors Steering Wheel Tuning/Carbon Fiber/LED. The OBD box isn't working properly. I bought it at the end of January 2025 and after about a month of testing I realized that the problem must be the OBD box. This with a complaint 2 days after receiving the material and carrying out the assembly. While I was chatting to see if we could detect the problem, they responded in good time. When we realized it was a problem with the box, no one ever answered any more messages. After lots of email and WhatsApp exchanges, with the contacts I've attached, there was simply no response.
In short, I've damaged the car's battery, which has 26,000 kilometers on it (M235i Gran Coupe) and cost me 200 euros, and I've wasted a few nights and a long, long time of my life with this. The equipment cost 1000€ plus customs clearance fees (around 50€).

Run away. It doesn't justify it in any way, given that the electrics are very poorly designed. When I bought it, I thought the OHC company was reliable and credible on the market.
After this whole mess, I've been researching and it's not a credible company (according to the research I've done) and the address doesn't even match any of their installations, nor are they registered as a company in China, according to the published list of companies. There is no name of any of them. It's a mess in the style of what's normal around here. For them, there is no such thing as consumer protection.
IT'S UNACCEPTABLE.
I have videos proving the tests and the results obtained, recorded and sent to them; I have a record of the battery consumption if the connection to the battery cut-off or ignition is not made (the car starts consuming 0.016 vs 0.018 amps, which is a lot. In 2 or 3 days it completely discharges the car's battery). I even have the WhatsApp conversations saved. But that's of no use to me since this was bought from someone who has no record of it and is not reliable. Now imagine those of our colleagues, who love cars as much as I do, even if it's working right now, it may well stop working. They won't have any assistance for their equipment. In other words, if they want to, they'll have to buy everything again (the electrical part - the steering wheel plate, OBD and cables - is estimated at €500).
Give up before you get carried away, like me. In my 50s, I had no need to spend 1300€, if you count the battery. That's enough for a walk with the wife...

If possible, please share this information so that no one else falls for it. We learn from each other's knowledge. That's why forums exist...

p.s. Never sell the original steering wheel. There's a good chance they'll put it back on.
