E92 fault / warning reset

Hello everyone

Happy New Year to all, I’ve recently purchase a 2008 320d SE Coupe
as a daily.
I had the M Sport version a number of years ago and to be honest I loved it, and I regret getting rid.
The car has been owned by the previous owner for 4 or 5 years and has been maintained reasonably well given that it’s only done around 3/4000 miles a year during the last ownership.
There are a number of fault light / warning indicators which I think have been left for a long time.
I would like to reset them and start with a clean slate however, the I Drive select button does not work
I can’t find a way in from the indicator stalk buttons, so I’m looking for a work around as they are really starting to niggle
Would the plug in Carly type fault apps help with this?
Regards
Richard
