Need a few pointers on getting ISTA working

I got ISTA installed on my computer and connected it to the car (2009) using a K+DCAN cable that I got off Amazon that seems to work with INPA. When I run the initial test on ISTA it pulls in the car data like the model and the mileage and such, and then runs the initial test. But the test only shows one module, JBE - junction box electronics and doesn’t show any errors. If I run the same scan using my Bluetooth dongle and BimmerLink it shows all the errors. I also don’t see the automatic transmission service option listed so I can’t reset the fluid. Could it be the cable or am I just not using the right option somewhere in the software?

Got it figured out. This post was very helpful in case anybody stumbles across my post:

Basically you have to go into a separate screen that shows the available modules and then select the one you want to look at.
