Afs error only when in curves? Adaptive headlights

Hi guys I have a 330xd 2007 that a recently got. I have an issue with the adaptive headlights, they work but at night when I am doing a lot of curves the afs light pops up and they stop steering. The thing is that this doesn’t happen all the time. For example when I am on the highway it works fine. What can it be? I want to avoid coding it out since its a nice feature. Thank you all

It sounds like the mechanism is probably binding somewhere. You can run an AHL test in INPA/ISTA to test if the system is working properly.
