Good morning,

I have been unable to post images for the past couple months, whether it be from my computer or my phone. Historically I could easily post heic photos from my iPhone using Safari on my phone or computer with the 'Manage Attachments' command. Now, the images fail to upload and error states 'HTTP ERROR 500'. This happens with both attachment manager or uploader

Computer:
Macbook Pro
Phone:
iPhone 15

Browser:
Safari and Google Chrome

Image Type(s):
heic (iPhone file type)
jpeg (converted from heic)
jpg

I would post screenshots for reference but I'm unable to! Thanks in advance for your support

Heic will be tricky using the web since its not a supported format outside of apple devices. We will add better support in the future to just have it all convert, but that will be some time before it comes. There are also issues with image size, which as phones/ios upgrades only get larger and need to be shrunk down a bit for hosting

The best solution would be to use the BIMMERPOST App, which will handle all the image resizing and conversions for you in the background. Just tap the image you want and it will handle the rest
