What’s up y’all. I recently purchased a carbon fiber lip for my 335i m3 style bumper (LCI 2012). Website claim is that their lip fits afternarket m3 style bumpers for e9x. I got it today and was looking at fitment. It does not fit because their was not enough space on lip for the portion of bumper below fog lights that sticks out. Is it common to expect to cut lips to fit? I do think that would be doable here but I’ve never cut something like this before. Thoughts? I did email them asking what’s up.

From what I’ve normally seen people using on there m3 style bumpers. This doesn’t seem to be the right front splitter. I would just return it if I were you.

Appreciate this response. I got website from this forum lol. Perhaps they made a mistake. Not airing them out until I see what’s up
