Any opions if this is a good idea ? looking to upgrade a lot on my n54, already have downpipes, Intercooler, charge pipe and igniton coils.

Looks mostly solid to me! A few recommendations:

Go with a bucketed fuel pump; bucketless is just not worth--go with a 535 pump and that should be all the fuel you need unless you're going full e85. Precision Racewerks has good pricing and quality pumps.

I'd skip the KW's and go for something more like TC Kline. I've had a few sets of KW's and one set of TC Kline and I really don't like the way KW's made the car feel.

Skip the fake chassis brace IMO and the rest looks great!

Thank you ! Just did the switch to the bucketed 2.5 (535 pump), And got rid of the braces and coils ill look into the ones you reccomened to me. Again thanks alot!

You haven't listed a tune. Until the boost get's increased significantly along with increased octane all of the performance mods will hardly be noticeable. JB4 with E85!
