CIC Part Numbers and Versions
Hi, new here so I apologise if I posted in the wrong section
I'm doing a CCC Pro to CIC Pro retrofit. I have the console trim, controller and screen. Just need cables and a head unit. I have searched high and low and there's only one post quering the 2 vs 3 connections on the back but nothing about part numbers. I have found about 5 CIC head units, all with different part numbers and it's frying my brain. I will list them below with pictures: - 1. CIC 9241932 (I believe I need this one?) - 2. CIC 9218332, Looks exactly the same, why the different part number? - 3. CIC 9239212, yet another part number? - 4. CIC 9218332, same as picture number 2, but this one has FM/AM Buttons - 5. CIC 9223314, this one looks like it's a slim version So question is, why do I need for my retrofit? I will assume the slim one is definitely not the one but they all claim to fit E9x, and they're all UK listings which is where I am. Thank you for reading |

Yeah still not sure myself but I ended up finding a 12/15 unit which as it turns out has the C1A firmware installed. I've coded it and it's all good to go. Just need to set up the navigation.
Part number was CI928342801. So yeat another part number but worked fine, maybe they give them all new numbers everytime they change firmware as well |
