Hello everyone! I am looking to install a illuminated shifter in my e93 335i. I am just trying to figure out a good power source to tap into. I know most people use the cigarette lighter but my car did not come with the smokers package so I have the tray in front of the shifter. Has anyone else done any similar modification? Unsure if I can or should tap into the idrive knob lighting or I should look into getting power for it elsewhere.
