A3 TDI coming to America...

You may wonder why I posted this...Well the thing is this bodes well for the possibility of the 123d coming stateside to compete with the A3 TDI...what do you all think? |

Only 140hp? MEH - the A3 may be relatively small, but it's no lightweight so this will be one "sedate" ride. The A3 has been in the US for a few years now and it didn't motivate BMW to bring the hatches so I doubt the diesel will matter (unless it amazingly sells like hotcakes - which highly doubt).
