I just took my 2007 335i E90 the car to the dealer for a service, I want them to check some rattling noises in the engine (wastegates perhaps?)

I asked them what SW version is my ECU running and the response was "The current vehicle data status or I-level is E89X-08-03-530"... to which I said "what?"

Does anybody know how to decipher this?... should I request an ECU SW update anyway?
