so I get my insurance renewale today and it went from $2000 to $3000 with exact same record lol.. what the f@ck, seriously, how do they get away with a robbery like that

Mine went up 18% ... and I have to increase my deductible to get that.

You would surprised at HOW varied the rates for car insurance are. Really search around. Also, if you have house insurance or multiple cars, you can always get a better rate.

yah i'm shopping around for sure, but my company so far is the cheapest, i had 0 deductable before too, now I have to raise it to 500 or 1000 to lower rate by $600

Here in BC, we get raped by the Monopoly ICBC.

I remember when I first got my car RSX-S and I was 23 that time. Then and the next year when they renewed my insurance they increased my premium to about $800 I was like WTF! I was going to turn 25 by the end of the year so I had the feeling that they jack it up so that when I turned 25 they will "lower" it again! So I got the hell out ASAP!

with taxes 960$ a year but if I get the engraving, I can get another 150$ off.
