Exclamation Procede adjustable 2-Stage Shift-Light

A few more update threads/videos to come today. We are saving the biggest ones for last.

Set to 5000RPM in the video. Adjustable between 5000 and 8000RPM. How to adjust will be explained in the next thread to come later today. It's called "2-Stage" because 500rpm prior to the user selected RPM value, the shift-light will start blinking, giving some notice that the shift light RPM is about to be reached.

So it's adjustable between 5,000 and 8,000 even though the rev limiter will intervene prior to 8,000. This is interesting, I wonder if...

I like the pre-blink, very useful

will we be able to have meth flow activate another light on the dash while using the shift light?

Don't mess with my meth lights! What is the impact on the meth flow lights? I like 'em as is.

So what happens when meth is flowing and you hit your rpm limit for shifting? I get a solid green light through to redline with meth active.

Right now, it'll stay solid green.

Hmm - is there another light that those with meth can use? I noticed a big one right in the middle that might be good (I think it might be for active cruise)

That would be great for a tiny shift light as the bars on adaptive cruise progressively light up. Just a thought.

Or even the emergency brake light indicator would work as well as the cruise control light...pick either one but please Shiv dont mess with the meth indicator hazard lights!

How cool would it be having the staged active cruise lights work as a shift light? That's an awesome idea!

not really much point raising the rev limiter on the 335i. At least on the stock turbos, the engine runs out of steam long before you actually have to upshift.
