Rocky Mountain Snowboard / Skiers
Hey guys, it was recommended that we start a new thread to try and get all the Skiers / Snowboarders together. Hopefully we can all hit the mountain together sometime this season. I know I am always looking for people to go with. So, list below what you ride, where you like to go, and what pass you have or plan on getting if applicable. I personally like to go to Loveland but I will go wherever.
1. Sid / Snowboard / Loveland / Loveland season pass

Alfred you guys totally should! I am somewhat new too. This will only be my 3rd season. I figure people come here from all around to ski so maybe I should try it..... I just know it is hard to get started when you dont know anyone who goes and can show you what to do and what gear to get. But we will get you guys going! My girl is new to snowboarding too so I am still teaching her.

Wow I am surprised, all the people I know who ride are usually very particular about where they go and they all have 4/500 dollar passes. Glad to see everybody here is flexible. So am I. I like Loveland because they usually have a 10$ pass day once a month. Plus, it is one of the closest and it is usually just locals so that means its not that crowded.

I have been there too. The girls always fall and get hurt and give up and they are cold and wanna go back to the car. Not my girl now. She is hardcore! I have trouble keeping up with her sometimes. On her first day she was already making it down the hill without falling. I taught her to ride the motorcycle for 5 mins and she took off to the mall lol!

Alex / ski or snowboard / Anywhere
I do like Loveland for price and distance. I do like Copper as well because I know it like the back of my hand.

Matt / Snowboard / CO Pass (Breck, Keystone, A Basin, Vail, Beavercreek)
Mostly go to Breck, but will do at least 4 days at Keystone since the kids have lessons there and an occasional day at Vail/BC. Wife snowboards also. |

Craig / SKI (FTW!!) / CO Pass (Breck, Keystone, A Basin, Vail, Beavercreek)
Vail probably my favorite, Keystone is the ol' fall back good for everyone mountain. A-basin is a blast on good days, and Breck is awesome during the week (blows on the weekend, just too crowded). Beaver Creek is awesome too, but usually just too far. |

This is one thing you guys can completely count me out on. Ive never been skiing or snowboarding, and only been, yes, really, only been in the Mtns ONCE since moving to the state in 93 during the winter. Im not a fan of cold and snow, dont mind just getting around to whatever out here on the plains, but but not a fan of the Mtns during the winter at all, lol. Glad you all enjoy it though and looks like a good size group of people you'll have.
