My car is back up for sale. I just recently picked up a Rav4 for a family car. This is a 2007 335i Sedan (E90).

The color is Montego blue with Terra dakota leather and aluminum trim. The car was purchased a little over year ago as a CPO from BMW Bloomfield. It currently has about 25,000 miles. I've put about 5k on the car since I purchased it. It's manual transmission. The car has sport, premium, cold weather packages, Navi and comfort access. There's a few months left on the factory maintenance free warranty and then the extended CPO warranty kicks in for two more years.

I would really hate to let this car go but I barely get to drive it especially with a baby now. The car has a clean car fax and is in great condition. I did not do any major mods to the car. It will come with 4 fairly new Continental DWS tires which I purchased for the past winter (didn't put much mileage on the tires since). I also have a Noah car cover for the car.

Looking to get $28,500 OBO. Looking for serious buyers with reasonable offers. If you found a similar car for 22K, I suggest you not waste time posting here and go buy that car. I can send more pictures upon request.

When is the initial and CPO warranty up?

I recall something around February 2011 is when the original warranty is up. The CPO will extend 2 years after that. I'll double check my paper work and confirm.

The factory warranty is up on February 26, 2011 or 50,000 miles. The CPO expires on February 26, 2013 or 100,000 miles.

The car does not have the iPod adapter. Just the AUX jack. I'm not sure what the HK upgrade is so I'm assuming I don't have it.

all 335i's before 2009 have the HK upgrade, so YES you do have it
