335i launching w/ or w/o dtc,dsc which is best?

Hey guys i got 335xi 6sp coupe and i don't know how properly disable dtc and dsc while launching the car hard,
Should i just press dtc button or should i press and hold it?
I need the best launch so can you give some tips how to do it,rpm,gear changing etc!!!

Your opinions please!!!

You press and hold the DTC button to disable DSC and DTC. Someone please correct me if I've called BMW's stability Control the wrong name.

From a brand new member to E90Post, and former contributor to ClubLexus, I'm sure this has been covered before...
