Can't play MP3s
Hi Everybody,
I wish to know if I can play MP3s in my BMW professional audio system. My car is a 2006 320i with CD player in the dash and 6 CD changer in the trunk. I've burned a CD with some MP3s inside and inserted it in both places and I get a CD error. Is there anything I can do? I don't know if my firmware is up to date. |

What program are you using to burn the MP3 CD?

I'm using Windows 7 integrated CD burning software and choosing the "Act as USB drive option". Should I use another software?
I'm using a printable disc, I can't recall the brand. I will try Memorex. My car is an e90, mp3 capability should be an standard right? |

You can also use Apple iTunes to make MP3 CDs.

Thank you all guys. The problem was writing the disc like a USB device. I recorded it like a CD player and MP3s play just fine from the dash panel and cd changer.
