Akra evo exhaust without tune?

Hey Guys,

I have a stainless steel akra evo exhaust on the way but I don't have a tune and was wondering if I needed a tune to get rid of any codes that might come up with my secondary cats gone? I tried searching but had no luck with a definite answer

From what I read on the N55 official mod list much of the sensors are located on the downpipe so does that mean that a tune is only necessary to delete codes when I swap my downpipe for a catless one?

I have the Akrapovic evolution system too without a tune and you will get no fault codes as all the sensors are located within the dump pipe.
