open road bmw
wow is all i have to say about them....i didn't buy my car from them for a reason because there a$$holes. Today i went in to pick up something from the parts dept, and while the parts people are pretty nice but those Sales people are jerks.....i was standing there while a SA was just yelling at this guy i think it was about putting some parts on his car, but the SA was just screaming at the guy and he just left, but i mean i bought my car from Park Ave (nicest people you'll ever meet) I'm not saying all of open road guys are jerks, but some need to realize without us they make no money....
oh and on the survey thing i gave them all zero's. |

i bought my M5 from them worst experience i have ever had buying a car, there was so much wrong i would take up two pages, only good thing out of it was my M5 everything else with the process was a nightmare. i did not let them get away with it though and a month later the sales man and sales person and gm were fired

open road is okay...depends which one. morristown is pretty good both service and sales. Difeo was pretty bad and im surprised BMW didnt ask for a survey yet. Although they ended up giving me what I requested and the sales manager was apologetic, I'd want that CA to get fired. I'm surprised that these people aren't on the streets yet.
1.) customer is always right regardless of the truth 2.) fix the issue and let the customer go. 3.) happy customers will always come back 4.) bad news spreads faster than good news
