Lease Assumption: 2012 335is Coupe Le Mans Blue, 6sp manual, in Seattle!

1/22/2013 Edit2: I will cover $3500 of the security deposit ($4900) + the lease transfer fee.

Edit: I will eat $2500 (previously from $1000) of the security deposit + the lease transfer fee. Current Mileage is 14092.

The car is in absolutely mint condition and I love driving it every day. The vehicle is completely stock.

Unfortunately I have to part with this vehicle; I need to pay for my brother's college tuition.

There is one small rock chip on the driver's side of the windshield. It's right above where the VIN is. You can't see it from the inside. I will attach a picture of it.

Security Deposit minus $3500 = $1400

@atown88: the buyer gets the $4900 security deposit! What i'm doing is adding a personal incentive of $500. So you pay only 4400. At the end of the lease, you will get back $4900.

@Tenchi The 4900 security deposit was to decrease the money factor to the lowest possible.. $700 x 7 max payments.

The 335is is still available!

IMO, you would get rid of it faster if you eat half the cost, or more of the security deposit. No one will pay $4K to assume a lease. Just my opinion.

You have a very nice ride. I would take it off your hand if I don't have a car I am currently making payment on.

My only advice to you is to stay off driving your car. At your current pace, you are about +4,000 over your milage allottment. This would cost you $800.
