Just clamps, you can get the oem ones off ebay for cheap.

Vbands clamp the downpipe to the turbo, only gaskets are downstream where they meet the midpipes. Don’t have PNs handy but just check ECS or Turner.

here you go: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...81&hg=18&fg=10 the gasket is #3. It sits on a slot on the turbo side. |

There are two gaskets that are on the turbo side (round fiberglass ones). If you swap DPs a few times or gouge them up during install of the new DPs, you should replace them.
