Haven't bought anything yet but customer service has been good. Talk to them on here prior to buying to see if they can give you a good price.

I've been ordering from them exclusively over the past eight months and have experienced nothing but exemplary customer service: Jon always answers any questions I have, helps in hunting down unknown parts, and when a brand new water pump from them failed within a month, he promptly provided an invoice on their local letterhead as proof of genuine BMW part in order for my local dealer to replace the pump free of charge under warranty, plus loaner.

For the vast majority of the time, their total prices, including shipping, handling fee (yes, there's a $4.99 handling fee for every order, no matter how small or large so I tend to ensure I order everything I could possibly need for a project or two) even CA sales tax (since I'm in Cali) is either equal to, and more often than not, cheaper than elsewhere, including Tischer.

Hi, thanks for the info. I've noticed that their prices are very good. I'll be ordering an OEM CF front lip from them. Glad to hear that they have great customer service. That's hard to come by these days.

My go-to places, in order, are: BMW Parts Pros, Get BMW Parts, ECS Tuning, and FCP Euro (FCP Euro doesn't offer all the possible parts available from BMW like the other three, but when they do offer a part, it's usually cheaper and it's free shipping).
