Getting the following:
P0303 cyl 3 misfire P29CF cyl 3 P2EFF electric fans self diagnosis P2AAF Fuel pump plausibility Lasts a day or two, and before I can take it to my dealership, they clear themselves. Is this common for Cobb to clear these codes automatically? This has been happening for months. And the engine runs like a champ with or without the codes. |

Can I please ask for help from Cobb Tuning or someone to review my logs and tell me if logs are normal?
It looks like I have a decent amount of timing corrections on the E30 Map and I'm not hitting the boost target. I can't tell if I have a fueling issue, I hope I recorded the proper measurements? I have a 135i manual with FBOs, I was running 4 gallons of E85 with the rest 91 octane. I did 2 runs on the standard Cobb E30 map and one on the aggressive map. http://datazap.me/u/faulal/9-25-15-e...og=0&data=1-20 http://datazap.me/u/faulal/10-11-15-...og=0&data=2-21 http://datazap.me/u/faulal/11-11-15-...og=0&data=2-21 Thank you for the help, I'm new to logging.

Need help guys, I think I TIFU'd.
My car went into the stealership for injector replacement, and, silly me, I didn't uninstall my AP prior to this, but had flashed back to Stg0. While there, they updated the BMW programming as well. This morning, I went to put the AP back on the car and proceeded to flash to the Aggressive Stg 1, which felt extremely sluggish pulling out of my driveway, so I stopped and reflashed Stg0. It now occurs to me that I have no idea if the maps are related to the software it finds in the ECU (i.e. i was on IJE0S), and now that it has been reprogrammed, I might be flashing bad maps into it, or if it is based on the hardware in the car (in which case, my car is always going to be IJE0S); can anyone clear this up? Since I didn't uninstall and reinstall it, I also assume that uninstalling it now will flash back the ECU programming from when I originally put the AP on my car, not what it recently recieved in the dealer; is that also correct? Really hoping I didn't ef things up too bad. and thanks in advance for your help! |

COBB Tuning I'm brand new to tuning and trying to understand the different maps. I just received Cobb V2, and I'm completely stock with access to nothing higher than 91 octane. It seems the Stage1 Sport is most appropriate for me, but the documentation doesn't seem to align with the massive list of maps.
For example I see: IA80S Stage 1 Performance IF80S Stage 1 Performance IGD0S Stage 1 Performance Is Performance the same as 'sport'? And Race the same as 'aggressive'? What's the difference between all of the map IDs? Thanks |

Those all refer to different ROM's. You need to find which ROM your car has and then load the appropriate map. |

Sure it's been asked. Switching from jb4 to Cobb. With jb4 it didn't "activate" until you were over 160 degrees (or something like that) for safety reasons, is this the same with Cobb? Or is it "on" all the time?

Curious what the best tune for a 2010 335xi, 6at car would be. I have a cold air intake and upgraded charge pipe using a tial BOV. I also have alpine trans flash.
I've tried doing research, but I'm new to both cobb and BMW. any help would be fantastic. |
