Thanks! I usually use the treadmill. To me, it seems like the treadmill is more of a workout. For example, I can be on the eliptical and not break a sweat after 2 miles, but on the treadmill, I break a sweat after 1/2 a mile. lol!

I know there's a rest area between 140 & 130, but then that defeats the purpsose of a caravan. lol!

You need to put more resistance on your cross trainer / eliptical and / or add speed if you don't break a sweat! It is an excellent workout for the mid section because of the "rotation" you don't get on a treadmill.
