Logic 7 Speaker, half sound?

Hey guys, I have a 2006 325xi with the Logic 7 system and have noticed that the driver side front door speaker is barely outputting any sound, I haven't taken the door panel off yet as I wouldve thought that a loose connection would cause it to be intermittent sound as opposed to half volume. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

Maybe a loose connection or a blown speaker.

Speaker or amp channel if the other's are working.
There has been on instance on here where I guy replaced
his output chips in the amp to solve a loss of underseat power.

Thanks for the ideas guys, I am going to pull the front speakers out and swap and see if it is the speaker or not and hopefully go from there.

I read that first link about replacing the chips, but from my understanding, since the chips handle 2 channels wouldnt I experience the other side or another channel doing the same thing if it was the chip in the amp?

What if there was just a short on the one channel.
Its best to change out the speaker or test it in some way first.
You could measure the resistance of the speaker from the amp
connector and compare it to the others of the same type.

The above might be helpful in removing the door panel
