Most BMW rear view mirrors are interchangeable between years and different lines. However, I haven't seen the new gen mirrors yet. If you can take yours off and send me pics from different angles, I may be able to say whether it is compatible with this mirror.

This looks way different than most pre-F series mirrors I have seen. While the body of the mirror looks like the older ones, the mount is way different.

Homelink Auto-Dimming Rear View Mirror
Is this mirror still available and will it fit my 2013 E93 convertible?
If so I'd like to buy it. New to BMWs - does anyone know what cable I need to be able to play my iPod through the factory stereo? I see several different options available, some with 3.5mm plugs and some without. I have USB in the car. Thanks. Tom |
