It's not about the driving experience at all, it's about reading accuracy. From what I was told, if you want ur car's power looks better on the mustang dyno machine, don't put too much air into the tire then u get a slightly higher ono both horsepower and torque number. However, Dynopack is more accurate because it eliminates the tire factor which can affect the number you get on the sheet

I can see how eliminating the tire factor would be a good thing cuz u want to get the number ur engine + drive train is making but isnt that not as accurate to real world numbers of what u are actually making at the wheels on the street with ur current setup?

or am i understanding it wrong here...

I dont mind going BlitZkrieg...
The guys over @ Nasioc had it for $80 for 3 pulls i think (4wd dyno, so 2wd is cheaper)..

but taking wheels off to dyno sounds like PITA...most dynos out there are roller style anyway.

and i don't think there's such thing as "accurate" number, since I'm only interested in the gains produced by certain mods.

Taking off the wheel is PITA? I am sure all you guys do at least 2 wheel swaps a year. it takes less time to setup on a dynapack than it does on a roller dyno, just take off your wheel wheels and bolt them onto the dynopack, becuz on a roller dyno you have to strap the car down and shit. strap the car down tight = bigger number, strap it down loose = lower number. On the dynopack, car isn't going anywhere.

Once again, if you can alter the dyno output with varying tire pressure then how is a roller dyno more accurate than one which eliminates that factor? besides, the Dynopack machine has the newest technology while the mustang dyno has been around for centuries. You guys decide. If i were you, I wouldn't drive all the way up to abbotsford to use some old technology just try to make your car's hp or torque number looks good.

Just get in contact w/ my frd, group buy price is $70 (3 Pulls) including setup, require 6+ cars, you also get ur number on AFR, boost, rpm, etc.

If you guys don't trust me, I am pretty sure you will trust the companys that are currently using it.

also check the dyno in motion on youtube
check them out

Count me in. Only way I will not make it is if my plane back from Edmonton on Friday night gets delayed, or crashes (hopefully not, that would suck).
