Fuse for instrument cluster?

Odd thing happened today. When I start up my car, I have no lights on my main dash cluster. No speed, gas level, temp, etc. I do have the radio and heater/ac portion working just fine. My first thought is that it's hopefully a fuse. My second thought is that the fuse was blown due to some water issues I've been having recently with the gap in the windshield cowl letting water through.

Anyone know which fuse is the correct one for the main instrument cluster/dash?

Thanks
