They have the meet at Planet Fitness in Hampton every Saturday night. I think there's a meet in Va Beach tonight. If you go in Facebook and like Virginia Car Scene there's more stuff that pops up.

Yes, I attend as many meets as I can. I have a hectic work schedule though so I can only meet on the weekends pretty much.

Yeah that would have been cool. I took her out today to take the wife grocery shopping. I just wanted to drive. I'm the same as you all my time is gone during the week. The only time I have is the weekend. If you pm me your number I'll text you mine. So next time I won't miss out.

Are you on Facebook? A lot of the meets are organized on Facebook thru various groups. The meet/cruise we had yesterday was just a handful of friends but was organized thru Facebook.

Just a follow-up to anyone in the future who may be interested in using Race Werks.

I bought 4 Dunlop Signature HP 245/40/18 tires and had Race Werks install them on four 8.5'' wheels. I had an odd arrangement of wheels and tires with a spare involved but the staff was great about figuring it out. The tires were mounted and balanced as you would hope (using a high speed balancer, not a road force balancer, just FYI) with no discernable issues, ie, it drives like it should.

I then had them do a 4 wheel alignment as I had very bad inner tire wear on the rear b/c of my BMW PS lowering (which isnt much btw). At any rate, the tech walked me through what he adjusted and gave me the print out afterwards of the pre-/post-values. Nice to have.

The alignment was $100 and the mounting/balancing was $100. Prices I thought were very fair compared to other reputable shops (yes, you can get cheaper prices at just Tire shops but I was not interested in those clowns).

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. The only problem, which is not a problem really, was that their advertised Apple Pay machine would not take my phone/CC (I have a huge rebate on all Apple Pay purchases right now) so I could not utilize that. Totally not important to most. Just saying.

Like I said before. I would use them again for suspension. I had the same type of experience. Just anything else I would be kinda weary. I'm glad it worked out for you though.
